Granville T. Woods Files Patents for Electric Railway Technologies

Granville T. Woods continued filing patents for his electrical innovations in the early 1900s, including improvements to railway systems. Despite being called the 'Black Edison' and having patents purchased by General Electric and Westinghouse, he died impoverished in 1910.
