Ralph Bunche Accepts Nobel Peace Prize

Ralph Bunche received the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo for his mediation of the 1949 Arab-Israeli armistice, becoming the first Black American and first person of African descent to win the Nobel Peace Prize.
