Lee Calhoun Wins Olympic 110m Hurdles Gold

Lee Calhoun won the Olympic 110-meter hurdles at the 1956 Melbourne Games, a performance he would replicate with another gold medal in Rome in 1960. Calhoun was the dominant American hurdler of the late 1950s and a model of Black athletic achievement.
