Allyson Felix becomes most decorated World Athletics Championships athlete

Allyson Felix won the 4x400-meter relay at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha, giving her 13 world championship gold medals and making her the most decorated athlete in the history of the World Athletics Championships, surpassing Usain Bolt's record of 11 golds.
