Jessica Watkins Completes First Long-Duration ISS Mission by a Black Woman

NASA astronaut Jessica Watkins launched to the International Space Station on Crew-4, spending approximately six months aboard as a mission specialist. She became the first Black woman to serve on a long-duration space mission, conducting scientific research and spacewalk preparations.
