Solomon Fuller becomes pioneering Alzheimer's disease researcher

Solomon Fuller, a Liberian-born neuropathologist at Boston University, worked directly with Alois Alzheimer in Munich and became one of the world's leading researchers on the disease. His published work on dementia and his career as the first Black psychiatrist in the United States made him a foundational figure in American neuroscience.
