Philadelphia Special Investigation Commission Condemns MOVE Bombing

Philadelphia's Special Investigation Commission, known as the MOVE Commission, condemns Mayor Wilson Goode and Police Commissioner Gregore Sambor for unconscionable decisions in the May 13 bombing.
